DA BlAcK
GObBo!!!
The Black Goblin had his beginnings as an unwilling Night Goblin of
the Wissenland area.
Although he was quick to gain status among the goblins of the area,
all were cut down by
a force of Dwarfs moving through their homes. The Black Goblin then
became a sort
of Mercenary to Orcs and other Goblins. He found great artefacts of
power, only
to keep some out of what looked best to him. He is apt to steal anything
that catches his
eye only to throw it away like a crow. He has been seen running around
the
crude orc huts in search of work once in a while, yet if all the warband
he works
for dies, he always seems to come out unscathed........

Weapons/Armor: Ithilmar Armor,
Shield, Sword
Special Rules: The Black Goblin
is a Goblin and suffers from all rules affecting Goblins, however as he
himself is a hero he
does not suffer from Animosity. He is also treatied
as an Orc Hero against other Goblins, he has a Bad reputation!
Black Gobbo's Armor:
This armor was stolen from an ancient Elven cache, it was originally made
for a Dwarf king as a
token of good will to each other, now it serves
as the black armor of the Black Goblin. This suit counts as Ithilmar armor,
and gives him +1 I which is already included in
his profile.
Black Gobbo's Sword:
This sword's blade was made from an old Dwarf spearhead given magic powers
by the Dwarf
runesmith Bannon Mastercraft. The Black Gobbo gets
+1 Strength in combat and may parry as a normal sword.
Skills: The Black Goblin has the Dodge, Lightning Reflexes,Step Aside, and special Nickin' Da Stuff skills
Nickin' Da Stuff Skill:
Only The Black Goblin may have this skill. The Black Goblin is known for
being sneaky and
really prone to steal things (from friends or foe,
friends most likely!). If the Black goblin puts an enemy Hero Out of
Action or Stuns them, he will pilfer one of their
hand weapons. Randomly determine which weapon he steals. That
weapon is gone from the Hero and given to the warband
the Black Goblin was fighting for. Since the Black Goblin usually
looks for personal weapons the enemy may try to
buy back the weapon at the end of the game at a price to be disputed
by the players.
Sneaky Git: The Black
Goblin is hard to find when he doesn't want to be, and he certainly doesn't
like the likes of Orcs
out to get him. Therefore, subtract -1 I from the
Orc Hero(s) looking for the Black Goblin.
Modeling: For Da Black
Gobbo I'm going to use the driver of the Goblin Wolf Chariot. Short and
simple. A little sculpting
with green stuff for his face mask, hood and armor.
For a more detailed look at Da Black Gobbo, see the White Dwarf
issue in which he stole the whole mag!
